Csilla is a credentialled pharmacist with a focus on integrative approaches, including nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and precision health insights.
My journey began with a board certification in geriatric pharmacy, conducting clinical medication reviews and therapeutic interventions. The preventable lifestyle-driven chronic diseases I saw over the 15 years doing medication reviews led me to undertake the postgraduate fellowship in environmental and nutritional medicine with ACNEM.
Now, I combine my pharmacy expertise with integrative health strategies, using tools like DNA insights, nutrigenomics, and gut-focused approaches to help people make informed decisions about medications, nutrition, and lifestyle. I work closely with doctors, specialists, dietitians, and diabetes educators to provide collaborative, 360-degree care, bridging the gap between conventional medicine and complementary therapies.
I believe that ageing doesn’t have to mean decline, and taking multiple medications doesn’t have to be inevitable. I take a holistic view, examining medications, supplements, blood tests, genetics, gut microbiome, and lifestyle factors. By focusing on the four pillars of health — diet, sleep, exercise, and environment — I support clients with personalised strategies aimed at improving function and building long-term health capacity.
At the centre of my approach is the gut–immune–brain axis, which is critical for energy, mood, immunity, and overall wellness. By focusing on gut health and using personalised insights, I support clients to make informed decisions that may contribute to improved wellbeing and long-term health.
Guiding personalised strategies that may support healthy ageing and improved quality of life.
I empower people to:

My mission is to help people avoid the path of multiple conditions requiring multiple medications and to embrace a personalised, proactive journey to long-term wellness.
